چکیده

Introduction: Pelvic venous insufficiency (PVI) presents a significant clinical challenge due to its high prevalence, severity of manifestations, and risk resulting reproductive disorders. Data suggests that PVI progression in women is accompanied by nonspecific reaction changes. The aim this study was evaluate lipid peroxidation activity antioxidant defense mechanisms ovarian blood patients with various stages PVI. Methods: A total 137 age diagnosed were separated into 3 subgroups (disease I, II, III). control group consisted 30 overall good health. Blood sampling performed both groups from the right left pelvic veins. Spectrophotometry, spectrofluorometry, enzyme immunoassays used for investigation, statistical analysis performed. Results: Patients stage I had higher levels CDs TBARs, as well increased SOD, catalase, GPO veins, compared group. II LH, CDs, reduced GSH veins III characterized deficiency (7 8.29 times lower, respectively) There no differences these parameters between Conclusion: Lipid components demonstrate similar patterns across all imbalance systems increases disease III. Monitoring changes LPO-AOD system an important component preventive measures early disease, could be pathogenetic treatment limit progression.
